Hi Reader,

Today was a day of planning — aka I got to sit down and map out what holiday changes are coming to some clients’ shops UX. All with the intention of boosting those numbers for what’s left of the year. 💰

Are you also getting that tingling feeling of excitement as we approach Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the entire holiday season?

You're probably brainstorming ways to create fresh offers, or maybe repackaging your existing ones, all in the hope of a nice cash injection to round out the year.

But, can I share something with you?

There's a chance you might be overlooking something crucial.

You've worked tirelessly to refine your offers, and things are looking real good — no doubt about that (I see you working your butt off).

But now, it's time to shift gears and focus on something that might make you *gasp*... marketing!

I know, I know. It sounds intimidating… Especially when you're under pressure to ensure your business operates at peak performance (because there's no time for dilly-dallying, am I right?)

Well, let me share a little secret with you — the answer is simpler than you think: map out your customer journey.

Understanding your customer's journey is the key to unlocking the full potential of your marketing efforts. ⚡️

It helps you identify gaps in your current offers and create ones that cater specifically to your customers at different stages of their journey.

Creating a powerful customer journey strategy doesn’t have to be complicated. There are three must-have parts that you need to ensure you’re on the right track:

➡️ Understanding your unique customer journey:

This means mapping out each stage a customer goes through with your brand, from awareness to post-purchase, and understanding their needs and pain points at each stage.

➡️ Creating relevant (and timely) offers:

Once you have that roughly mapped, you can create offers that are timely, relevant, and valuable. This means creating offers that address their specific needs and pain points at each stage of the journey you wrote down.

➡️ Tracking your customer engagement:

To ensure your offers are successful, you must track customer engagement. This means keeping an eye on how customers are interacting with your offers and making adjustments as needed to improve their performance.

By following these 3 steps, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your customers’ journey and a really handy map (that is absolutely tailored to you!) on how to engage with them at every step along the way.

Aka, are they doing their job and bringing value to your people?

No guessing game, you got things planned, and now that heavy marketing season doesn’t sound so daunting or like you have to discount everything in your business to “compete”. Cheers to that!!

Discounts are awesome but they need to be strategically done, not just because Jessie down the block is doing it.

But, if you're feeling overwhelmed, don't worry. I've got just the thing for you! 😉 And here's the best part: it's only $9!

My Offer Synergy course is designed to help small business owners like you and me create powerful, customer journey strategies, tailored specifically to your unique audience.

Your customer journey is basically the funnel you take them through, but I like to think of it as a cycle rather than linear since I think most people leave money on the table by not focusing on having repeat loyal customers.

Inside you’ll find:

  • Deep insights into identifying your customer journey stages.
  • A clear roadmap to focus your attention on the right offers.
  • My personal offer tracker template to get you started fast.
  • Actionable and bingeable video modules to guide you every step of the way.

Don't just take my word for it. Sheila, one of the course participants, said, "Thanks for the very clear and helpful course and Offer Tracker. I love your Offer Tracker, it helped me clarify and organize my offers."

Cheers to your success,

Ingrid
